The ground rules for using this website, the online estimator, and our request forms. Your actual project is governed by the written contract you sign with us, not by this page.
Effective September 26, 2026. These terms apply to www.sealedsiding.com. “Sealed Siding,” “we,” and “us” mean Sealed Siding LLC, a Washington limited liability company, which operates this site. By using the site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates and prices on this site
Prices, ranges, and cost examples on this site, including anything the online estimator shows you, are general ballpark figures for planning only. They are not a quote, a bid, or an offer to do work at that price. Real costs depend on what we find at your home: wall area, access, the condition of the sheathing underneath, the product you choose, and local permit requirements.
A binding price only comes from a written estimate prepared after we see the project, and it becomes an agreement only once both of us sign a written contract.
Your project contract comes first
Scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and warranty for any work we perform are set out in the written contract for that job. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls. The coverage described on our warranty page is a summary; the written warranty you receive at closeout is the full version.
Submitting a form
When you send us a request, you confirm that the information is accurate, that it is yours to share, and that you are the owner of the property or are authorized by the owner to request work on it. You agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, email, and, if you gave consent, by text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire us, and it does not obligate us to take on the job.
Text messages
By checking the consent box on a request form, you agree that we may contact you about your request and project by text message, as well as by phone and email. The form cannot be submitted without it. You will receive follow up and informational messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Financing
Financing information on this site is general. Loans are offered by an outside lender, not by Sealed Siding, and approval, rates, and terms are set entirely by that lender based on your application.
Information on this site
Our guides, comparisons, and blog articles are general information for homeowners. They are not a substitute for an inspection of your home. Product details and manufacturer warranties change, so confirm specifics with us or the manufacturer before you rely on them. We work to keep the site accurate but cannot promise it is complete or current at all times, and we may change or remove content without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
