Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use this site or ask us for an estimate, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we use it to do your project, and we never sell it.
Effective September 26, 2026. This policy covers www.sealedsiding.com and the forms on it. “Sealed Siding,” “we,” and “us” mean Sealed Siding LLC, a Washington limited liability company, which operates this site and performs the work.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you request an estimate, use the online estimator, file a warranty request, or contact us, we collect what you type into the form. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your address or zip code
- Details about your home and project, such as the service you want and a description of the issue
- Photos you choose to attach to a warranty request
- Your answers in the online estimator and the price range it shows you
- Whether you agreed to be contacted, including by text message
The online estimator sends your name, email, and phone number to us as soon as you finish its first step, so we may have your contact details even if you never reach the estimate. If you finish, we also receive your address, home details, and the price range shown.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and records things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your general location, down to about the city, and your device and browser type. We look at this information in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule a visit
- To perform, document, and warranty the work if you hire us
- To follow up with you about your request by phone, email, or text
- To keep job records, including the warranty file we use to confirm your coverage later
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- To meet our legal, tax, and licensing obligations
Text messages
Our request forms ask you to check a box agreeing that Sealed Siding LLC may contact you by phone, email, and text message about your request and your project. The form cannot be submitted without it. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. You are never required to agree to receive marketing messages, and agreeing to be contacted about your request does not obligate you to hire us. If you would rather not be texted, call us at (425) 572-2048 instead.
We do not share your phone number or your text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need to do that job:
- Formspree, which receives our website form submissions and delivers them to us
- Google, which provides the analytics described above
- Our email, phone, and text messaging providers
- Siding manufacturers, when we register your product warranty or file a claim on your behalf
- A financing partner, but only if you ask us to connect you with one
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing the browser extension Google offers for that. Learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, we keep your job file for as long as your warranty coverage lasts and as long as we need it for tax, licensing, and legal records. If you requested an estimate but did not hire us, we keep your request for a reasonable period in case you come back to it, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Keeping it secure
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information like bank or card numbers through our website forms.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@sealedsiding.com or call (425) 572-2048 and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to manufacturer, financing, and other outside websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will apply only to information collected after the change.
